Eliminate Airborne Bacteria in Your Home with an Air Scrubber
Helping Homeowners in Southern California Breathe More Easily
Pure Air Filter
Elevate your indoor air quality with the Pure Air Filter. This combined MERV and UV filter effectively removes odors such as tobacco smoke and pet smells.
Ductwork
Ducts, or ductwork, are flexible metal tubes that deliver air to your HVAC system, distributing temperature-controlled air throughout your home.
Bioguard Filtration
Bioguard filtration is an enhancement for your current HVAC system, utilizing UV technology to provide fresher, cleaner air throughout your entire home.
Biocide Chamber
In some environments, enough humidity can lead to mold growing in your furnace coils. Our biocide chamber uses a UV light to kill any mold, bacteria, or other contaminates.
Advantages of an Air Scrubber
Here’s an eye-opening fact: according to the EPA, indoor air can be 2 to 5 times more polluted than outdoor air.
Standard air filters can only go so far on their own. To truly improve the air quality in your home, consider adding an Air Scrubber.
This additional layer of protection easily integrates with your existing HVAC system, so there’s no need for bulky new equipment. Plus, Air Scrubbers use UV light technology to purify the air even further.
An Air Scrubber:
Eliminates 99.9% of surface contaminants
Reduces nearly 90% of airborne pollutants – including E. Coli, Listeria, Staph, Strep, Hepatitis A, Swine Flu, Bird Flu, and MRSA
Minimizes air pollutants, chemical odors, smoke, mold, odor-causing bacteria, and pet odors
Air Scrubbers Are Compatible with Any Air Filter
The Air Scrubber is designed to complement, not replace, an air filter. Together, they enhance indoor air quality.
Air filters, especially those with a high MERV rating, are effective at capturing larger indoor contaminants. However, they can’t catch microscopic particles. This is where the Air Scrubber steps in.
Using UV technology, the Air Scrubber removes bacteria, viruses, mold, and even dust from the air inside your home.
Uses only 19 watts of electricity, so it won’t impact your utility bills.
No need for a new heating and cooling system to benefit from an Air Scrubber – it can be easily added to your existing setup.
Enjoy a dust-free home – the Air Scrubber causes airborne particles to clump together, making them easier to see and clean manually. It removes up to 98% of airborne particles!

People with allergies or respiratory sensitivities
Smokers or pet owners
HOW THE AIR SCRUBBER FUNCTIONS
Typically, the Air Scrubber is installed just after the air filter in your system. As treated air moves through your system and into your home, it first passes through the air filter.
After the air flows through the filter, it then passes through the Air Scrubber’s UVX lamp. This lamp imparts a negative charge to microscopic contaminants, causing them to become heavy and drop from the air, effectively neutralizing them.
It consists of a high-intensity UVX lamp with a broad spectrum, superoxide ions, hydro-peroxides, and purifying plasma.
The Air Scrubber is strategically positioned within the air conditioning system, ensuring that all air passes through it for cleaning and germ elimination.
The Air Scrubber cell releases safe oxidizers, such as hydro-peroxides and hydroxides, which neutralize chemicals, gases, pathogens, viruses, and odors that pass through.
